Georgetown County School District recognized each school's outstanding Volunteer of the Year on Thursday, March 26 at a luncheon at the J.B. Beck Administration and Education Center. Volunteers of the Year are: Meredith Rodgers, Andrews Elementary School; Herbert McCray, Andrews High School; Edith Brown, Brown’s Ferry Elementary School; Melissa Coles, Carvers Bay High School; Anderian Armstrong, Carvers Bay Middle School; Sherry Davis-Livingston, Georgetown High School; Nikki Ewing, Georgetown Middle School; Anne Richardson, Kensington Elementary School; Erin Angner, Maryville Elementary School; Amiee Katie Small, McDonald Elementary School; The Village Group, Plantersville Elementary School; Karen Simmons, Pleasant Hill Elementary School; Tasia Hudson, Rosemary Middle School; Amy Player, Sampit Elementary School; Anna Petrino, Waccamaw Elementary School; Ricky Ferdon, Waccamaw Intermediate School; Brian Henry, Waccamaw High School; Caroline Williamson, Waccamaw Middle School; Tommy Howard, Howard Adult Center/Howard Optional Program; and John Schroeder, Coastal Montessori Charter School.
