Students advance to National History Day event

Georgetown County School District students recently excelled at the state level National History Day Competition in Columbia on April 23. GCSD had 25 state qualifiers and seven students who earned a berth in the national competition which will be held June 12-16 at the University of Maryland.

National Qualifiers Were:

Students: Morgan Glover, Zhanae Chandler, Erica Holmes, Olivia Williams and Tyliyah Cohen
