George named Administrator of the Year

Adam George was named Georgetown County School District Administrator of the Year on June 6 at a ceremony at the J.B. Beck Administration and Education Center. George is an assistant principal at Andrews High School.

The Administrator of the Year award was established to recognize the outstanding contributions and leadership provided by GCSD administrators.

The other finalists were:

Brian Clark, principal, Andrews Elementary School;                                           
Teddy Graham, principal, Pleasant Hill Elementary School;                                
Sabrina Goff-Mack, principal, Sampit Elementary School;                      
Stephanie Stuckey, principal, Maryville Elementary School;
